Qtn: How do you get Exclusive Access to Pre-Sale?
A: Create an account on our website by clicking here. Once you have created an account and you are logged in, you will receive access to our latest styles.
Qtn: How long will Pre-Sale be available for?
A: Pre-sale will be available for 48hrs. Once the 48hrs has lapsed our new styles will be visible on our website for everyone to purchase.
Qtn: When will my Pre-Sale items be shipped?
A: Check each product page for the estimated dispatch date. If we are ahead of schedule, we will ship them before this date.
Qtn: Can I modify my order from Pre-Sale?
A: We can modify your billing and shipping address only. We are unable to amend sizes and/or styles once the order has been placed. We strongly recommend you to read our Size Guide to ensure you are confident with your sizes when you purchase. If you are stuck, please reach out to our Customer Service Team with your measurements (underbust, bust, waist, hips) and we will help you out. Our Customer Service team is here to help - we would love to assist with any sizing and style questions you might have!
Qtn: Can I use my Store Credit towards Pre-Sale items?
A: Yes, you can use your Store Credit towards Pre-Sale items. After placing your items in your Cart, proceed to our Payment Page where you will find the option to ‘Use Store Credit’. Click this box and your Store Credit will be applied to your Total Amount. If the item you would like to purchase has a different price to your Store Credit you will be asked to pay the difference.
If you are not interested in using your Store Credit for Pre-Sale items and it is already applied to your Total Amount at Checkout, go back to your Shopping Cart Page. In your Order Summary, there is an option for you to remove your Store Credit by clicking on the ‘X’.
Qtn: I have sent an item back for an exchange, can I exchange for an item listed in your Pre-Sale?
A: Yes, you can. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team if you have already sent your returning items to us and you would like to amend your Exchange Form - we will do what we can!
Qtn: I placed an order for 1 item from your current collection with 1 item from Pre-Sale, can I receive the item that is in stock now and my other item later?
We are unable to do split-shipments for orders. If you would like items from our current stock to be shipped immediately, you will need to place a separate order. The Minimum Order Value will still be applicable for both orders.
e.g. in the above scenario, these two items will be shipped together once all of your items are ready to be shipped – the date is indicated on the Product Page. Alternatively, you could purchase a Bikini Set (2 items) or a One Piece from our current range, which will be shipped immediately. You can then place a separate order for items within Pre-Sale.
Price Increase FAQs
Qtn: What happens to my Store Credit?
A: We will be increasing the value of everyone’s existing Store Credit to reflect the new value of the items that you returned. For example, if you originally purchased a $50 item and the price now shows as $60, we will increase your Store Credit to $60. This applies for all returned items.
Store Credits will be increased the same day that the prices increase and no earlier.
Qtn: When will prices increase?
A: Prices will increase Wednesday, 14th July. This applies to our original styles only - our new items launching on 21st June 2021 will not change.
Qtn: Why are you increasing your prices?
A: This has been a long time coming! Our quality is unmatched - this takes time to achieve. We have strict quality control measures and very small variances. Most seams are seamless, which means our pieces are made inside out, and given how small the pieces are, it makes it very challenging to craft. Then there's our beautifully soft fabric - this slides under the head of the sewing machine if it's guided too fast. We are unable to keep up with demand without compromising quality, or switching to seamed designs. We hope you agree that our pieces are worth it!
Qtn: Can I exchange an item from your current collection for a new product with a higher price? How do I pay for the difference?
A: Yes, you can. Please get in touch with our customer service team and they will advise you on how to pay for the difference and help arrange your exchange.
