We get it! None of us want to pay for shipping, but we also want the item delivered yesterday. And, if for whatever reason something goes wrong in the logistics, we want to be able to speak to someone about it. That's why we only use DHL Express with their incredibly professional drivers and customer service as well as Australia Post's eParcel service which is far superior and more reliable than your regular over-the-counter service.

All orders are presented in a gift box and bubble-wrapped for protection, because 99% of the time you're buying for yourself, so why not make it feel like a gift to yourself - you deserve it!

TRACKING Once your order is fulfilled, you will be sent an order confirmation email using the email address entered at checkout. This email will provide you with a tracking/consignment number that you can lookup on the DHL Express tracking site by clicking here. Please see below under "Where is my order?" if you think your parcel is taking too long to reach you.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? Please check your tracking number. Your tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been confirmed; alternatively, you find it if you login to your Ark Swimwear account, or by entering your order details here. Make sure you check your Junk Mail folder if you can't find your emails in your Inbox.

If your tracking has been marked as delivered, however, you have not received it, you will need to contact Express directly.

If you think your parcel may be late, please check it against Australia Post's shipping times on their website by clicking here. Ensure that you take into account Public Holidays and weekends. Please also check the shipping address you entered at checkout to ensure it is correct. If the time has exceeded the guides and the shipping address you entered is correct, the best way to proceed is to email us at support@arkswimwear.com with your Name and Order Number and we will lodge an enquiry with DHL Express.
