We offer free worldwide express shipping on all orders via DHL Express (International) and Australia Post (within Australia)

Parcels are shipped from Manly 2095 - Sydney NSW Australia

We try to dispatch within 24 hours, however, occasionally it takes up to 2 business days.

We provide you with a tracking number via email once your items have been dispatched.

It is best to check Australia Post and DHL Express's websites for an estimate of arrival date for your particular Country and City.

The customer is responsible for any Duty, VAT and customs tariffs that may be payable to your country of destination, excluding Australia.

Exchanges are sent using regular mail via DHL eCommerce or Australia Post

Express upgrade for exchanges is available at a small cost - simply email to request.

Shipping Cost: Free (excluding Duty, VAT and customs tariffs)

Handling Time: we endeavour to dispatch same or next business day, however occasionally it takes up to 2 business days.

Within Australia: Overnight delivery (plus handling time) for all metro cities (some exclusions apply for Perth).  Otherwise, 1-3 business days plus handling time (up to 2 business days).  Please find the shipping time for your suburb by clicking here.  Use our local AusPost business hub's postcode of 2086.

International: we use DHL Express - most countries take 1-3 business days plus handling time (up to 2 business days).  If you are in Los Angeles this is sometimes just 1 business day all the way from Sydney, Australia!  Please keep in mind that sometimes there are delays that cannot be avoided - to avoid disappointment please keep in mind that it may be longer.  This is the guideline provided to us by our carriers and have no control over any delays.

Duty, VAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. The amount, if any of applicable duty, VAT, tariffs and taxes will vary by country.

Ark Swimwear does not cover these charges.

Times vary significantly depending on where around the world you live! Here are the estimated shipping times of some common cities (metro areas) for our international customers. All orders placed prior to midday each business day are commonly shipped same day, however, at times can take 2 business days for handling.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will be sent an order confirmation email using the email address entered at checkout.  This email will provide you with a tracking/consignment number that you can lookup on Australia Post's tracking site by clicking here or DHL Express' website by clicking here.  Please see below under "Where is my order?" if you think your parcel is taking too long to reach you.

Where is my Order?

Please check your tracking number.  Your tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been confirmed; alternatively, you find it if you login to your Ark Swimwear account, or by entering your order details here.

If your tracking has been marked as delivered, however, you have not received it, you will need to contact Australia Post directly if you are an Australian customer, or DHL Express if you are an International customer.

If you think your parcel may be late, please check it against DHL Express or Australia Post's shipping times on their website by clicking here.  Ensure that you take into account Public Holidays and weekends.  Please also check the shipping address you entered at checkout to ensure it is correct.  If the time has exceeded the guides and the shipping address you entered is correct, the best way to proceed is the following:

  • Domestic (Australian) customers: email us at with your Name and Order Number and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.  They typically do not respond to lodgements before this time has been reached.
  • International Customers: please email us at with your Name, Order Number and Country and we will lodge an enquiry with DHL Express.
