HANDLING Although 99% of the time we dispatch all orders made before 10am each day (Sydney, Australia time!), on occasion we aren't able to, which is why we don't promise or advertise our fast handling time! If it is time-sensitive and it's during our business hours here in Sydney, Australia then reach out and ask us at support@arkswimwear.com

TRACKING Once your order is fulfilled, you will be sent an order confirmation email using the email address entered at checkout. This email will provide you with a tracking/consignment number that you can lookup on the DHL Express tracking site by clicking here. Please see below under "Where is my order?" if you think your parcel is taking too long to reach you.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? Please check your tracking number. Your tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been confirmed; alternatively, you find it if you login to your Ark Swimwear account, or by entering your order details here. Make sure you check your Junk Mail folder if you can't find your emails in your Inbox.

If your tracking has been marked as delivered, however, you have not received it, you will need to contact Express directly.

If you think your parcel may be late, please check it against Australia Post's shipping times on their website by clicking here. Ensure that you take into account Public Holidays and weekends. Please also check the shipping address you entered at checkout to ensure it is correct. If the time has exceeded the guides and the shipping address you entered is correct, the best way to proceed is to email us at support@arkswimwear.com with your Name and Order Number and we will lodge an enquiry with DHL Express.
