Our Ark Swimwear online store is functioning as normal and we are still shipping out orders daily. We understand that there may be concerns and questions during this time relating to our services, so we’ve listed a few things below to hopefully answer some of your questions.
Our shipping services have not been interrupted at this stage*, although if this changes we will inform you immediately with updates on this page. We provide free express shipping on all orders and this doesn’t change. If during this time your order is not dispatched, we will refund you in full. *Our couriers are still picking up orders from our warehouse daily, however there are local delivery restrictions currently in place for South Africa, Wuhan and India. Therefore, orders to these countries will not be processed during this time.

Our warehouse and fulfillment areas are being cleaned more frequently and rigorously. We are following advice from the World Health Organisation and local health authorities and all our packaging staff are practising good hygiene practises.
Exchanges are shipped by regular DHL ecommerce mail and Australia Post mail. Delivery times vary from country to country and delays are being experienced outside of Australia and USA currently. Reach out to us at email@example.com if you would like to upgrade to an express service.
